Bolton Housing Partnership

The Bolton Housing Partnership brings together housing providers, Bolton Council, Health and Social Care Services and Voluntary and Community organisations, to work collaboratively in delivering new homes and services to enable the development and management of housing in a way that helps to create sustainable communities and neighbourhoods.

About Us

Collectively, the Bolton Housing Partnership manages, maintains, and invests in over 27,000 safe, warm and secure homes, housing up to 60,000+ Bolton residents.

We play a vital role in supporting the Bolton Vision 2040 and in doing so, strive to create sustainable communities and thriving neighbourhoods through a collaborative approach, bringing together housing providers, the council, health and social care services, and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.

By fostering these strong partnerships and through our work, BHP ensures that our efforts contribute to a better quality of life for all residents of Bolton.

Welcome to our new website!

Our new website comes to you as a B2B platform, purpose-designed and built to serve and communicate with our strategic partners and to share Best Practice and up-to-date information to and from them.

BHP is committed to working with current partners (and some exciting new ones!) to deliver homes and services to the people and communities of Bolton. Our role is to facilitate – to bring together and provide a unified forum for the providers of safe, warm and secure homes, together with Bolton Council, health and social care services and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
